Pierre Pénet est docteur en sociologie (Sciences Po, Northwestern University), chargé de recherche CNRS et professeur attaché à l’ENS Paris-Saclay. Ses travaux portent sur les marchés financiers, la prévision économique et l’histoire des crises de la dette. Il est l’éditeur avec Juan Flores de Sovereign Debt Diplomacies: Rethinking Sovereign Debt From Colonial Empires to Hegemony (Oxford University Press, 2021).
